Rentals

If you have purchased a property, letting out is possible in order to gain on your investments: The longer you let your property the grater the potential income. Rental income and period depends on the size and location of your property. It is possible to let your property out for :

          Short period(s) to holidaymakers. We will clean the property before and after guests use it, wash towels and sheets they have used and check the property before guests leave to ensure all is in good order. 

Cost : 25% of the rent amount 

          Seasonally : from april till octobre. Many people working in this touristic area are coming from other areas of Turkey or from abroad and are looking for a place to stay for the season. In this case we advise you to rent with furniture. The  property will be checked before the attendant is leaving.

         All year round. Here it is possible to let out with or without furniture but the demand for empty aparts/houses is higher.

Surveys

By purchasing a property it is prudent to have it surveyed. A law was recently passed in Turkey whereby all new properties have to be surveyed. However this is not the case for resale properties. If the clients wish a survey can be completed.

Property Inspections

Sunset Homes will ensure that you safeguard your investments by making routine property checks every 3 months. This consists of airing, checking weather and water damages, cleaning, doing payments of local utility bills, … on your behalf and reporting back to you.

Cost : 150 £ / 225 € (yearly)

Cleaning Services

This is ideal if you would like to ensure that when you arrive at your property, it is clean and ready to start your holiday in. We also offer a daily cleaning service.

Cost : 30 £ /35 €

Starter Pack

No need to start running to supermarkets from the first moment you arrived at your property. We can arrange a starter pack for you consisting of essential food stuffs (eg: tea/coffee, milk, sugar, bread, …) and/or cleaning goods.

Floral Services

We can organise a flower arrangement upon arrival at your property or during your stay.

Interior design

Once you have purchased your property, you will need to look for furniture, white goods, curtains, pots and pans, and all other necessary basic stuff.

To save time and money and according to your style and budget, we show you a few shops to give to some ideas. Within a few hours time you sort out main furniture. The rest you can do by yourself later on or you can leave it over to us.

Or just give us your budget, style and preferred colours and we arrange and decorate everything for you. Once all furniture sent and fitted and  decoration completed, we send you some pictures to show you the result.

Cost : 350 £ - 500 € (cleaning included)

For a complete interior design or renovation like paint, new kitchen and/or bathroom, retiling, ...
